Currently digging harsh black and whites, full of contrast. I attribute it to the snow, but there’s something so visually appealing about the opposition between highlights and shadows in many black and white pictures. Doing a picture a day is finally starting to bring up questions and thoughts that I don’t usually have when taking a picture, as well as a willingness to experiment. I typically try to avoid using too many “special” effects when editing pictures, but for some reason, I was kind of curious to try some around when messing with my still life picture.
