I love powerlifting, but I also do a lot of crossfit which means I have Olympic Weightlifting thrown into the mix. In other words, I sweat a lot.

Since I’ve been dedicating more time to my training, I decided to create a page here to keep track of my personal records and “benchmark” workouts, a series of workouts in crossfit that you can repeat every few weeks or months to see your improvement.
