I get to travel quite a bit for work. Here, I keep all my roundup posts, with endless pictures, of all the places I've been lucky to see.

Dropping In: How to Be a Good Crossfit Guest

For the majority of your training, your local Crossfit box is your bread and butter. It’s where you’ve developed relationships with coaches and athletes alike, it’s where you track your progress, and it’s where you celebrate when you PR or go for your first competition. On the Road: Staying Healthy While Traveling

There’s little as exciting as pulling out your suitcase and beginning to pack for a new adventure. No matter how many times I do it, I love the feeling of pulling up to the airport, baggage in tow, getting ready to explore a new city or place. It’s the wide-open sensation of possibility.

    PTY

I arrived in Panama at seven in the morning, right in the middle of a soccer match. Walking through the terminal, everyone was glued to their cellphones, watching the team’s progress against England – not so different from Brazil, except if you consider the fact that the stores were even open to begin with. Game day is a holiday with which I was completely unfamiliar until this past month.

    Re-visiting Vancouver

For the past three years, I’ve somehow found myself in the Vancouver area. Vancouver was never on my list of places to visit and while I stand by my opinion that these Northwestern cities are just freakily quiet, there is something special about Vancouver. It’s cool (in both senses of the word), relaxing, and scenic. I love the mountains and there’s so many beautiful places to walk around. Not to mention, I have an obsession with the Museum of Anthropology there.
